PTM offers several services that deal with the discovery and improvement of interpersonal relationships and leadership development of employees in every workforce sector. From customized sessions to our fully developed three (3) college credit workshop, entitled: Interpersonal Relations, Leadership, and Organization Development.

We have the educational credentials, skills, experience, and personal touch needed to help any group of individuals work more efficiently and productively "together". PTM has helped countless organizations and individuals develop a Leadership Vision for their company and or themselves. Based on the theories of Organization Development, PTM has several programs specifically designed to help organizations find and develop leaders from within their own ranks or help companies find leaders that will expand their possibilities.

Interpersonal Relations. Leadership, and Organization Development Workshop:

This learning opportunity is a human interaction lab designed to highlight the dynamics underlying our interpersonal styles, particularly as they may affect our professional work. The workshop prepares students to take an active role in their industry by learning how the “use of self” and “eliminating barriers” make better use of human and physical resources in the workplace to effectively form and lead highly motivated teams and to foster a safe and productive work environment.

This workshop is also designed as an inquiry into interpersonal relationships and leadership theories and practices, specifically as those theories and practices apply to the world of management. This workshop will facilitate the integration of your personal experiences into a framework that enhances the development of your professionalism, integrity, and responsibility.
